Monokroom developed the social media strategy for Zespri Belgium and The Netherlands. The basis for this was found in the marketing strategy of the brand — create awareness around the health benefits of high-quality kiwifruit and inspire people to eat smart, be fit and live well.
We are responsible for the conversation management on the Facebook pages Zespri Kiwifruit Belgium (both in Dutch and French) and Zespri Kiwifruit Nederland. The communication consists of targeted updates about the health benefits, fun kiwifruit facts & figures and delicious recipes. Thanks to our communication, we managed to rapidly create a large number of fans on both pages from scratch. By communicating, answering questions and complaints, we are now gradually building a truly responsive community of Zespri fans.Go back
