Monokroom traced out the social media strategy in cooperation with Kraft Foods Belgium. The basis for this was found in the marketing strategy of the brand — unite aspiring & more experienced cooks, bound by the search for the right flavors with a unique texture and a touch of creativity.
We are responsible for the conversation management on Philadelphia’s Belgian Facebook Page in Dutch and French (in cooperation with a Francophone conversation manager). The communication consists of targeted updates about easy cooking tips and yummy & inspiring recipes that tinkle the taste buds of the community. We answer questions and complaints and are gradually building a responsive community of Philly fans.Go back
