Monokroom traced out the social media strategy in cooperation with Webveille and Dove. The basis for this was found in the marketing and communication strategy of the ladies body care brand ‘Real Beauty’.
We were responsible for the conversation management on Dove’s Belgian Facebook Page in Dutch and French (in cooperation with a Francophone conversation manager). The communication consisted of targeted beauty and well-being posts, based on a beforehand created content calendar and topicalities, that spoke to the Belgian Dove community. We answered questions, problems and complaints and gradually built an enthusiastic and responsive community of Dove fans.Go back
